The code requires a 20 foot <br />setback from the front property line and a 5 foot setback from the side property line. <br />He indicated that the location of sewer lines, the severe grade, and the existence of a <br />stone wall on the front of his property necessitates the variance. <br /> <br />RecOIIUnendation <br /> <br />Mr. V. He stated that approximately 50% of his present tenants in two bedroom <br />apartments have indicated they are interested in purchasing the apartments.
