EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day of November, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8864 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of Roseville enter into a cooperative agreement with the Office of Drug Policy and Violence Prevention in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the project entitled Neighborhood watch/Business Watch Drug Prevention, during the period from January 2, 1993 through December 30, 1993. BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the City Manager, Steven R. Sarkozy, is hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of Roseville. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: Thomas. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
