Johnson Moved, and Mr. Rukavina Seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />of Peter Hermes request for division of lot at 885 County Road B-2. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />V. Nays: None, <br /> <br />Planning File 886 - Robert Reischal et aI, request for vacation of right-of-way <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough, representing Waite Realty, indicated that Mr. Leonard Steiner <br />owns all the lots abutting the alley to be vacated. <br /> <br />Mr, Barraclough indicated that he was not sure what Mr, Steiner anticipated doing with <br />the property. He thoug~ that perhaps he would be seeking a rezoning for the construction <br />of a Mini-Market or something similar. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr, Kellett Moved and Mrs. Cushing Seconded, that the Commission recommend approval <br />of Robert Reische1's , et a1, request for vacation of right-of-way.
