September 3. 1975 <br /> <br />The September 3. 1975, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was called <br />to order by Chainnan Grauel at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Mambers present: V. Johnson. Kellett. Rukavina. ~1astel. G. Johnson and Grauel. <br />Cushing arrived at 7: 15 P.M. <br /> <br />Mambers absent: None <br /> <br />Staff present: Howard Dahlgren. Terry Kramer 3no Steve Xorth <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Mastel moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded. that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />August 6, 1975, be approved. Roll Call. Ayes: V. Johnson, Kellett, Rukavina. Mastel, <br />G. Johnson and Grauel. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Plarming File 916 - Richard Genner request for special use pennit at 3107 North Cleveland <br />Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Genner indicated that he is seeking a special use permit for airicultural uses on his <br />property which is zoned R-2. He plans to construct a garage on his property for storage <br />of vehicles and also to plant trees and shrubs on the property. He 5 tated that the plant- <br />ing would be done on the west end of the parcel. <br /> <br />Rec ormnendat ion <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson moved and Mr. Kellett seconded. that the Conmission reconunend approval of <br />Richard Germer's request for special use pennit at 3107 North Cleveland Avenue. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: V. Johnson. Kellett. Rukavina. Mastel. G. Johnson and Grauel. )lays: None. <br /> <br />Plarming File 918 - Harold Edstrom request for preliminary plat "Edstrom Addition" at <br />2137 William <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Edstrom indicated that he proposes to plat the property into three single family lots. <br />There is an existing home on the southern most lot. He stated that the two interior lots <br />would have a width of 80 feet and the comer lot ~uld have a width of 89 feet. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mro Mark Tracy. 2146 William. inquired as to what would be placed on the property. <br />Mr. Edstrom indicated there would be three single family hanes if the plat were approved. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson moved and Mr. Rukavina seconded. that the Commission recoJlJll!nd approval of <br />Harold Edstran's request for preliminary plat "Edstran Addition" at 2137 William. Roll <br />Call. Ayes: V.
