<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />Wednesday, November 3, 1976 <br /> <br />The Novenmer 3, 1976, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission was <br />called to order by Chairman V. Johnson at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: G. Johnson, Rukavina, Mastel, Simons, Cushing, V. Johnson <br />and Kellett. (arrived late) <br /> <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Others present: Howard Dahlgren and Terry Kramer <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of October 6, 1976, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: G. Johnson, Rukavina, <br />Mastel, Simons, Cushing and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1021 - J. M. Duddleston Preliminary Plat "Duddleston Lake" at <br />445 South Owasso Boulevard <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Duddleston reviewed his attempts at replatting the property he owns on South <br />Owasso Boulevard. He has since purchased an additional tract of land and his intent <br />now is to form six lots from 3~ acres where his former plat formed four lots from <br />slightly more than 2 acres. <br /> <br />Mrs. DeZeler, 393 South Owasso Boulevard, inquired as to the size ofbts. <br /> <br />Mr. A. H. Nellessen, 411 South Owasso Boulevard, inquired as to the code as it <br />pertains to building on a lakeshore. When told that an applicant must stay 75 feet <br />back from the water's edge and 10' from each property line, he requested that the <br />Planning Commission mak3 as a condition of this plat a 20 foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson explained that the code stated thatalO' side yard setback was <br />permissible and that this body could not make a condition which was more restrictive <br />than the code. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Simons moved and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that J. M. Duddleston's request for <br />preliminary plat "Duddleston Lake" at 445 South Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: V. Johnson, Kellett, Rukavina, Mastel, Simons, Cushing and G. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1020 - Rosedale Center request for amendment to parking requirement <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Al Hanson, Manager of Rosedale Center, and Mr. Shelly Johnson, a traffic engineer <br />for Barton Aschman Consultant Engineers, represented Rosedale Center on this matter. <br />
