Johnson. <br />Kellett Arrived late. <br />rJembers absent: None <br />Others present: HO\'/afd Dahl gren and Terry :(ramer <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the min8tes of the <br />regular meeting of February 2, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, <br />tlastel, Simons, Cushing, G. Johnson, V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1034 - Agnes f'1oser division of lot at 545 Roselawn. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />f.1r. Kramer informed the Planning Commission that the topographic survey needed <br />for further analysis of this item had not arrived yet, but was expected within <br />the next 7 to 10 days. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />fir. G. Johnson moved and !1r. fJastel seconded, that the commission continue the <br />hearing for division of a lot at 545 Rosela\'m to the April 6, 1977, meeting. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Rukavina, t/Jastel, Simons, Cushing, G. Johnson, V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning Commission File 1036 - Cal Garley Special Use Permit at the 2600 <br />block of Oxford St. <br /> <br />Presentation: <br /> <br />t1r. Cal Garley gave a brief presentation concerning the history of the planned <br />unit development in this area. He indicated that he had previously presented <br />a plan for duplex construction in this area, but had withdrawn that application <br />after a split vote by the Planning Commission. He then investigated financing <br />possibilities for an apartement complex and found that FHA financing was avail- <br />able. He stated that the two proposed buildings are larger than the two eX,ist- <br />ing ones, but will hold fewer units,in that he had increased the size of each <br />unit along with adding more of the 3-bedroom units. <br /> <br />Uiscussions <br /> <br />11r. V. Johnson asked if these units were to be sold as condominiums and was told <br />that this could possibly happen after 100% rental \<1as reached. f'1r. G. Johnson <br />inquired as to who owns the land between Co. Rd. C and the proposed complpx. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Hr. G. Johnson moved, and fIr. Rukavina seconded, that the Planning Commission <br />recommend approval of Cal Garley's request for special use permit at the 2600 <br />block of Oxford. St. with the condition that such approval be subject to staff <br />review of the landscaping plans prior to the council hearing. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Rukavina, r1astel, Simons, Cushing, G.
