<br />Rbseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />Wednesday, June 1, 1977 <br /> <br />'!he June 1, 1977, regular !reeting of the Roseville Planning Canmission was called to <br />order by Chairman v. Johnson at 7:35 P.M. <br /> <br />M:!nbers present: Kellett, Sinons, G. Johnson, Rukavina and V. Johnson <br /> <br />M:!nbers absent: CUshing and Mastel <br /> <br />Others present: Council liaison Albert Grauel, Howard Dahlgren, Terry Kramer and Steve <br />North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina roved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the regular rreeting <br />of May 4, 1977, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: SiIrons, Go Johnson, and Rukavina. Nays: <br />None. Abstain: Kellett and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Planning File 1050 - Jon Nelson request for rezoning fran R-l to R-2 at 3096 Cleveland Ave. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated there is currently a single family home located on the property <br />proposed to be rezoned 0 He stated the hare is quite large and will convert easily to a <br />double hare. 'Ihe lot imnediately to the north of the property in question could be used <br />for a double home because it is contiguous to the ccmrercial property on the corner of <br />County Road D and Cleveland. Mr. Dahlgren felt that the requested rezoning was appropriate, <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett asked if the lot and hare net all the size and setback requirerrents. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that the lot had previously been platted as a 75 foot lot and <br />that all setback requirerrents had been net. <br /> <br />Recamendation <br /> <br />Mr. Kellett m:wed and Mr. Rukavina seconded, that the Corrmission recamend approval of <br />Jon Nelson's request for rezoning from R:-l to R-2 at 3096 Cleveland Avenue. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kellett, SiIrons, G. Johnson, Rlkavina and V. Johnson.c Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjourment <br /> <br />Mr. G.
