<br />Ibseville Planning Cc:mnission Minutes <br /> <br />Wednesday, ~ch 1, 1978 <br /> <br />The March 1, 1978 regular neeting of the Ibseville Planning Canmission was <br />called to order by acting Chairm:m G Joh.."lson at 7~30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: Cushing, Rukavina i Simons and G Johnson <br /> <br />I>Errbers absent~ Kellett, Mastel and V Johnson <br /> <br />others present: Al Kehr, Howard Dahlgren and Ste'Ve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr Rukavina IroVed and Mrs Cushing seconded that the minutes of the regular <br />maeting of February 1, 1978 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes ~ Cushing, <br />Rukavina, Si.n'Dns, and G Johnson" Nays: !'bne. <br /> <br />Peview of Status of CctrprehensivePlartUpdate <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr Dahlgren indicated that Ibseville is beginning the ur-date of its Conprehensi ve <br />Developnent Plan as required by the 1976 Land Planning Act. The oonpleted plan <br />is scheduled to be suh:nitted to the ~tropolitan Council in July of 1979. Mr <br />Dahlgren indicated that the work would be divided into four phases. <br /> <br />1. Pesearch <br />2. Developnent of goals <br />3 . Plans <br />4. Inp1enentation <br /> <br />Mr Dahlgren also reviewed. the research work which has been done to date <br />including the propt:)sed questionaire which will be distributed to a randan <br />semple of the residents in Ibseville. Me Dahlgren also suggested that a <br />:portion of each Camiission meeting be devoted to discussion of the update of <br />the plan. ~e Camdssion Members agreed that this 'WOuld be a good idea. <br /> <br />Adjounment <br /> <br />Mr Rukavina m::M:!d and Mrs Cushing seconded that the rreeting be adjourned <br />at 9 :00 P.M.
