<br />RESOLUTIONS 1410 and 1411 <br /> <br />Extract ot Minutes of Meeting <br />Village Council.. <br />vi11age of RoseVi11e <br />Ramsey Cbunty, Minnesota <br />Held December 13. 1965 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the <br /> <br />13th day of December, 1965, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Curley <br />Goodrich, Grauel, Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also 1n attendance were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village Clerk; <br />Robert Bell, village attorney; Lowell Odland, Public Works Director; <br />Roger Short of Banister Engineering Co.; Peter S. Popovich of <br />Peterson & Popovich; <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing pUblication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental reassessment <br /> <br />and reapportionment of original assessments for Consolidated <br /> <br />Water Dmprovements Numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 in the <br /> <br />Suburban Life onNov.24 & Dec.111995in accordance with the <br /> <br />resolution adopted November 15, 1965, which affidavit was <br /> <br />examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the <br /> <br />cons1deration of objections to proposed supplemental assessments, <br />
