The remainder of the property
will be purchased by the Jacksons who live to the north of the Bruckner property.
Mr. Dahlgren stated that the property directly to the west of the Bruckner property
had been divided a few years ago. At that tiIre, because of the steep grades in the
area, a proposed plan had been prepared on how the property in the area, including the
Bruckners, could be developed.

Mr. Dahlgren comrented that the proposed division by the Bruckners would fit in with
hav the property could be developed.

Discussion

Mr. Torgenson, 515 Roselawn, indicated that his property was involved if the future
platting of lots were to be done as suggested by Mr. Dahlgren. He was concerned
about the future assessments for the streets and utili ties.

Mr. McGuire indicated that it was possible that Mr. Torgenson would be assessed if
the street were ever constructed',' but that was sonething the property awners could
work out as to how the assessrrents would be made.

Mr. V. Johnson indicated that the Corrmission was considering only the proposed
division at this tine. If there were any applications made for platting or for develop-
nent of the property, Mr. Torgerson would be notified of the public hearing.

Mrs. Jackson indicated that she intends to retain the property as it is.
