Johnson. <br /> <br />Review of Proposed Roseville Corrprehensi ve Developrrent Plan <br /> <br />Mr. North indicated that the public hearing for the adoption of the Corrprehensi ve <br />Levelo];Xnellt Plan had been advertised and that the Comnission, if they so decided, <br />could adopt the plan at this meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. V. Johnson asked if the question regarding the nurcber of subsidized housing <br />units required by the ~tropolitan Council had been resolved. <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated that it had and the revised nunbers were included in the <br />plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Yoava Klouscar had written a letter to the City expressing his concern about <br />the Cornprehensi w Plan downgrading the zoning of his property. His property is <br />zoned carmercial, and the proposed Comprehensive Plan shows it as multiple family <br />which is how it is shown on the existing plan. <br /> <br />Mr. North indicated that:.the adoption of the Corrprehensive Plan would not change <br />the ccmrErcial zoning of Mr. Klouscar' s property. <br /> <br />Recorrnrendation <br /> <br />Mrs. Dressler roved and Mr. G.
