<br />WHEREAS it appears that Orfei and Sons, Inc. of St. Paul, <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br />price of $74,523.46, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />l. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Orfei and Sons, Inc. for $74,523.46 <br />in the name of the Village of Rosev1lle for Storm Sewer Improve- <br />ment, Project No. 65-43, according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council and on file <br />in the office of the Village Clerk. <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Goodrich and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
