<br />Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br /> <br />Wednesday, October 1, 1980 <br /> <br />The October 1, 1980, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />was called to order by Chairman V. Johnson at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members present: Simons, Cushing, Rukavina, Dressler, G. Johrrson and <br />V. Johnson <br /> <br />Members absent: Mastel <br /> <br />Staff present: Council liaison Al Kehr, Dave Drown and Steve North <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. G. Johnson seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of September 3, 1980, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Cushing, Rukavina, Dressler, G. Johnson and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />Abstention: Simons, because heWls absent from the meeting. <br /> <br />Planning File 1276 - Michael Jerry request for division of lot at <br />244 Minnesota Avenue <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. North indicated that Mr. Jerry proposes to divide his property and <br />create two single family home lots. The lot with his existing home would <br />have 83 feet of frontage and the vacant lot would have 80 feet of frontage. <br />Both lots would exceed the minimum lot size requirement and are similar in <br />size to lots in the surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina asked if there were any drainage problems associated with the <br />property. <br /> <br />Mr. Drown indicated there were none. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. G. Johnson moved and Mrs. Dressler seconded, that the Commission <br />recommend approval of Michael Jerry's request for division of lot at 244 <br />Minnesota Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Simons, Cushing, Rukavina, Dressler, <br />G. Johnson and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Planning File 1277 - Marvin Huiras request for special use permit and <br />variances to building size and setback at 2537 Snelling <br />Curve <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. North indicated that Mr. Huiras has requested that his application be <br />withdrawn. <br />
