<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Boseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of lbseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />l3tl1 <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 196-5..., at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1413 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 64-7 as finally a- <br /> <br />mended and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous pro- <br /> <br />party owners and <br />
