<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />Wednesday, November 4, 1981 <br />-2- <br /> <br />Mr. McCarron questioned if there was any time limit in which he had to <br />record a lot split. <br /> <br />Mr. Drown indicated there was no specific time limit. <br /> <br />Mr. Johnson indicated that, due to the large traffic volume on Dale Street, <br />it would be desirable to limit the number of driveways from each duplex lot <br />to one common drive. <br /> <br />Mr. McCarron stated he understood the problem, and agreed a single drive <br />might be a good idea. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Matson Moved, Mastel Seconded, that the Robert Moder request for a lot <br />split at 2130 North Dale be recommended for approval by the City Council <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.) Dedication of 10 feet of right-of-way along Dale Street. <br />2.) Provision of a 20 feet utility easement along the eastern <br />edge of the northernmost lot. <br />3.) Limit of one driveway onto Dale Street for each new lot. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushing, Dressler, Mastel, Matson, Moeller, Rukavina, <br />and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mastel Moved, Rukavina Seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at approximately <br />7:50 p.m. Ayes: Johnson, Dressler, Mastel, Matson, Moeller, Rukavina, and <br />Cushing. Nays: None. <br />
