He felt that once the area was developed for commercial use, the <br />industrial use of Standard Oil property would be subjected to considerable <br />pressures to change. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Mr. Matson moved and Mr. Rukavina seconded that the Planning Commission <br />recommend approval of the rezoning from R-l, I-I and 1-2 to 8-4 in the <br />area generally west of Highway 35 and north of Highway 36 as proposed. <br />Roll call, Ayes: Rukavina, Dressler, Moeller, Matson, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Mr. Rukavina moved and Mr. Moeller seconded that the meeting be adjourned at <br />9:45 p.m. Roll call, Ayes: Rukavina, Dressler, Moeller, Matson, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br />
