<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMHISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Wednesday, December 1, 1982 <br /> <br />The December 1, 1982 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission <br />was called to order by Chairman George Johnson at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members present: Dress ler, Rukavina, Cushing, Mastel, Matson, !.1oe 11 er , and <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />Staff present: Council liaison Al Kehr, Howard Dahlgren, Charles Honchell, and <br />Steve North. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Rukavina f10ved and Matson Seconded that the minutes of the meeting of November <br />3, 1982 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Rukavina, Hastel, Matson, <br />Moeller, and Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: Cushing. <br /> <br />Planning File 1409 - Patricia Lindahl request for special use permit at 323 <br />Grandview. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Dahlgren indicated the City had approved Mrs. Lindahl's request for a <br />special use permit in October, 1979. The permit was issued with the following <br />conditions: 1) That the operation of the beauty shop be limited to two days <br />per week; 8 hours per day, 2) That the special use permit expire October 15, <br />1982, and 3) TI1at no signs be permitted on the property. <br /> <br />The special use permit has expired, and ~~s. Lindahl has reapplied. She is <br />requesting permission to operate the shop three days per week. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Mr. Matson asked what three days 0:: the week she was proposing to operate. <br />Mrs. Lindahl indicated she now has the shop open on Thursday and Friday, <br />and would probably add either Monday or Wednesday. She stated she does <br />not want to be open on Saturday or Sunday. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Rukavina Hoved and Cushing Seconded that the Commission recommend approval of <br />Patricia Lindahl's request for special use permit at 323 Grandview, with the <br />following conditions: 1) That the operation of the beauty shop be limited to <br />three days per week; not to include Saturday or Sunday, 2) That no signs be <br />permitted on the property. Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Rukavina, Cushing, <br />Mastel, Batson, Moeller, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
