<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />-4- <br /> <br />Mr. r1atson stated he didn't feel it was the Commission's role to decide what <br />type of construction would be used, whether fill, rip rap , or retaining walls. <br />He felt the Commission was responsible to dedi de whether there was something <br />that should be done. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Dressler Moved and Cushing Seconded that the Commission recommend denial of <br />Edward McCarty's request for variance to shoreline zoning ordinance at 1894 <br />County Road C-2. Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Rukavina, Cushing, Moeller, <br />and Johnson. Nays: Mastel and Matson. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the need for correcting the storm water problems in <br />the Langton Lake area, and there were suggestions the City Council may want <br />to consider an improvement to solve those problems. No official action was taken. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Matson Hoved and Rukavina Seconded that the meeting be adjourned at 8:40 p.m. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Rukavina, Cushing, Hastel, Matson, Moeller, and <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
