<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Wednesday, March 5, 1986 <br /> <br />The March 5, 1986 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairman Donn Wiski at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: Berry, DeBenedet, Dressler, Goedeke, Johnson, <br />and Wiski. <br /> <br />Members Absent: Moeller. <br /> <br />Staff Present: Dahlgren, Honchell, Janisch, and Waldron. <br /> <br />Ex Officio Member: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Dressler moved, Berry seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of February 5, 1986 be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />Abstain: <br /> <br />Dressler, Goedeke, Berry, DeBenedet, and Wiski. <br />None. <br />Johnson. <br /> <br />Planning File 1645 <br />Norman Albrecht request for division of lot at 3069 W. Owasso <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Dahlgren showed the location of the proposed parcels on the City <br />map. Mr. Dahlgren explained the history of the previous lot <br />divisions that have occurred on the parcels. Essentially, the <br />former Lot 8 is now being reestablished. <br /> <br />Mr. Albrecht stated that the additional four feet that will be <br />added to his lot line is important for maintenance of the home, <br />movement between the homes, etc. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Berry moved, Johnson seconded, that the Albrecht request for <br />division of lot at 3069 W. Owasso Boulevard be approved. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />Wiski noted that the lots are on a major thoroughfare, thus the <br />internal turnaround provision that was previously adopted will <br />apply. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Dressler, Goedeke, Johnson, Berry, DeBendent <br />and Wiski. <br />Nays: None. <br />
