He did not feel that the height is <br />unusual for a Metro Area type development. <br /> <br />Ms. Johnson stated that Roseville is not going to stay a one <br />story type development City forever, and that this is a viable <br />development. <br /> <br />Wiski stated that he didn't have any particular problems with the <br />height, and was impressed with the process the project had gone <br />through. However, the modified P.U.D. does not fit into the <br />neighborhood as well as the previous approved P.U.D. and, therefore, <br />Mr. Wiski did not support the motion. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Roll Call, Ayes: DeBenedet, Goedeke, Johnson, <br />Maschka, and Moeller, <br />Nays: Wiski. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 1:00 a.m. <br />
