However, Mr. Trapp did not inform Mr.
Nelson that a Special Use was required; thus, this request is now
before the Planning commission relating to a use that is already
in existence.

Mr. Dahlgren discussed extensively the past history of the site,
and the major difficulties experienced in trying to bring this
site up to standards pursuant to previous conditions that were
placed on this development.

Mr. Nelson stated that his business requires only two or three
trucks at most being parked outside, and he works extremely hard
to operate a clean, well organized business. He currently needs
this Special Use Permit to maintain his dealer's license. Nelson
also pointed out that he was aware of the fact that Trapp had
finished some curbing in the area, and also planted grass as
required.

Maschka asked the length of Mr. Nelson's lease with Trapp.
Nelson replied that he currently has three one year leases that
are up each November, and that he does want to stay in the facility.
