Mr. Dahlgren pointed out that the staff did not
receive any materials to review subsequent to the Planning
Commission meeting. In addition, Dahlgren referenced the letters
to Trapp from Waldron regarding the proper actions that were to
be taken, and the fact that the Council would not grant
additional continuances past the September meeting.

Jim Lammers, Architect representing Trapp, passed out copies of
a proposed plan for the site, and correspondence relating to the
improvements. Mr. Lammers discussed some of the changes that
were in process such as new curbs, removal of the weeds, painting
the building, etc. He felt the cleanup was fifty percent
accomplished at this point in time, and that Trapp's personnel
was currently reviewing the cost of the proper curbing
construction.

Wiski asked why the preliminary material was not submitted to
staff. Lammers stated that he did not know why the staff did not
receive the materials.
