<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />Wednesday, January 7, 1987 <br /> <br />The January 7, 1987, regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Johnson, Maschka, and Moeller. <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />DeBenedet. <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Janisch, and Waldron. <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Al Kehr. <br /> <br />Pat Johnson first thanked the Planning Commission for its support <br />of her, and she informed the group that she certainly looked <br />forward to working with the Commission as its Chairperson. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Berry moved, Moeller seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission meeting held <br />December 3, 1986, be approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Johnson, Maschka, and Moeller. <br />None. <br /> <br />Review of New Tax Increment Districts <br />Craig Waldron reviewed the new Tax Increment Districts for the <br />Planning Commission. He stated that three districts were being <br />added, two of which were twenty-five year districts and one of <br />which was an eight year district. <br /> <br />Waldron discussed the required "but for" provisions and pointed <br />out that tax increment funds will be utilized for specific <br />projects and possibly for payments relating to existing bonds. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Berry seconded, that the Planning <br />approve the new Tax Increment Districts, and has found <br />consistent with the City's development program and the <br />sive Plan of the City. <br /> <br />Commission <br />them to be <br />Comprehen- <br /> <br />Other Business <br />Craig Waldron discussed the Planning commissioners' Workshop that <br />is available to any of the members January 21. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. <br />
