He did ask, however, why an <br />adjacent gate to another property was open. The applicants <br />replied that the kids are watched very closely and even if the <br />gate was open, they were under a watchful eye. <br /> <br />DeBenedet asked whether the fence does need to be located on the <br />right-of-way line. The applicants replied that they are simply <br />placing the fence where an old one previously existed. <br /> <br />Berry asked why a six foot high fence is not being considered to <br />the south. The applicants replied that the shrubs provided <br />adequate protection; however, at some point in time they would <br />like a six foot fence to the south also. <br />
