<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />November 4, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />Other Business <br />Johnson talked about the possible retreat of Planning Commission <br />members after the first of the year, to essentially discuss how <br />the overall operation of the Commission could be improved. <br /> <br />Waldron briefly discussed the new Community Development <br />ment, and how the new staffing would relate to the <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Depart- <br />Planning <br /> <br />It was decided that the Planning commission members would <br />consider potential items for discussion, and a date would be set <br />at a later meeting. Berry reminded the staff to be sure and post <br />the date. <br /> <br />Handicapped Parking Issue--a number of Planning Commissioners <br />talked about their concern as it relates to this item, and that <br />they should have a better understanding of what the requirements <br />actually are. Dahlgren replied that this is an item that could <br />be discussed at the retreat. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at <br />10:20 p.m. <br />
