<br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />December 2, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Dahlgren pointed out that the neighborhood should essentially <br />support a development like this, because if they do not proceed <br />to eventually split their lots, this particular lot division <br />would be completely out of scale. <br /> <br />Mr. Knopik asked that, in view of the fact that the neighbors <br />did not support the lot split plus the potential problems with <br />the deed restriction, his application be withdrawn. <br /> <br />Berry moved, DeBenedet seconded, that Duane L.
