DeBenedet indicated that existing <br />signage on the building was visible. <br /> <br />Goedeke inquired if it would be appropriate to study a location <br />of the sign closer to the building, so it better lines up with <br />other signs in the area. Dahlgren responded that 4 ft. away <br />from the building instead of 6 ft. away from the building would <br />work. Goedeke indicated that he would accept such an amendment. <br />Berry inquired about what the developers reaction to this would <br />be. Janisch <br />indicated that they are treated as temporary signs, and they are <br />limited to twice a year for something like thirty days at a time. <br />Janisch indicated that they are very difficult to control. Berry <br />inquired about if there was a fine that could be levied. Janisch <br />indicated that he wasn't sure how much fine could be levied. <br /> <br />Johnson expressed concern about the number of banners that have <br />been appearing in the city. <br /> <br />Moeller indicated that it appeared that a number of requirements <br />at the Lido Restaurant have not been met, including screening of <br />mechanical units and sodding. Staff indicated they would check <br />this out. <br />
