Staff approval of the final landscape plans. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, Moeller, <br />DeBenedet, Berry, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planning File 1843 <br /> <br />Roseville Properties request for rezoning from I-I to B-4 and <br />special use permit for site plan approval at 1955 County Road <br />B-2. <br /> <br />Presentation: <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location of the site, indicating that the <br />rezoning was being requested on the south 142 feet of the site. <br />Dahlgren informed the commission that changes recommended by <br />staff would include moving the landscaping back so it is not on <br />the right of way, that the sign be relocated to the north so that <br />the closest point is a minimum of thirty feet from a right of way <br />line, that additional curbing be provided on the south end of <br />the parking lot east of the driveway from County Road B-2, and <br />that a 6 foot pathway easement be provided along County Road B-2 <br />and Prior Avenue. <br /> <br />Honchell summarized the need for the pathway easement, and <br />indicated that no pathway would be constructed at this time, and <br />that the property owner could continue to use it for grass and <br />
