<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, June 1, 1988 <br /> <br />June 1, 1988 <br />Commission was <br />7:35 P.M. <br /> <br />regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Maschka, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Moeller <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Honchell, Bierscheid, Jopke and <br />Keel <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison), Cushman and Mayor Rog <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of the Roseville Planning Commission held Wednesday, <br />May 4, and the special meeting held Wednesday May 18, 1988 be <br />approved. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Johnson, <br />Maschka <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 1853 <br /> <br />Midway Sign Company/Ramsey Technology Inc. request for a sign <br />setback variance at 1855 West County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the proposed sign and its location. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned where the location of the sign would be in <br />relation to the existing trees on the site, and whether or not <br />any trees would be removed. The applicant indicated that <br />originally there were five trees on a site and that one tree had <br />died and been removed. He further indicated that the sign would <br />be located where that tree was, and that no addi tional trees <br />would be removed. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br />
