DeBenedet stated <br />that if it were tabled, the commission could give no direction to <br />the developer. <br /> <br />stokes stated that the traffic seemed to be the main problem, and <br />that if the item was tabled, we must give some direction to a <br />developer. <br /> <br />Berry reiterated that no development is not an option, and that <br />the planning commission needs to react to the plan. Berry added <br />that she had a problem with the shopping center zoning and the <br />housing project would be superior.
