<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Pagett 27 <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 6, 1988 <br /> <br />added that they have reviewed the proposals with Rice Creek and <br />they have approved the general concept. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded that this matter be continued to <br />the August 3, 1988 meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> <br />Maschka, DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Johnson, Moeller <br /> <br />Nays: <br />Planninq File 1871 <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Review of Tax Increment Financing District #10. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Waldron summarized tax increment financing district #10 and the <br />statutory standards which must be met. Waldron pointed out that <br />the district includes Rosedale, the Cleanco site at Long Lake <br />Road and county Road C-2, and the Reiling site on Lexington <br />Avenue between County Road C-2 and Woodhill. Waldron pointed out <br />that no assistance would be provided to Rosedale, but that the <br />increment would be used to deal with traffic problems in the <br />area. Waldron added that the district would be amended in the <br />future to include the Concordia School site. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded approval of a resolution of the <br />Roseville Planning Commission finding the city's adoption of the <br />tax increment financing plan for tax increment financing district <br />#10 to be consistent with the city's comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> <br />Maschka, DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Johnson, Moeller <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Finneman asked if the commission would reconsider it's <br />continuance of the G.E.M. Investments proposal for thirty days. <br />Finneman requested that the matter be continued for only one <br />week, and that they would be able to address the exterior <br />materials question and to handle the drainage completely on their <br />site. <br /> <br />Stokes moved, Debenedet seconded to amend the previous motion to <br />continue this matter to 7:00pm on July 13, 1988. <br />
