Presentation Waldron summarized tax increment financing district #10 and the statutory standards which must be met. Waldron pointed out that the district includes Rosedale, the Cleanco site at Long Lake Road and county Road C-2, and the Reiling site on Lexington Avenue between County Road C-2 and Woodhill. Waldron pointed out that no assistance would be provided to Rosedale, but that the increment would be used to deal with traffic problems in the area. Waldron added that the district would be amended in the future to include the Concordia School site. DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded approval of a resolution of the Roseville Planning Commission finding the city's adoption of the tax increment financing plan for tax increment financing district #10 to be consistent with the city's comprehensive plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Johnson, Moeller Nays: None Finneman asked if the commission would reconsider it's continuance of the G.E.M. Investments proposal for thirty days. Finneman requested that the matter be continued for only one week, and that they would be able to address the exterior materials question and to handle the drainage completely on their site. Stokes moved, Debenedet seconded to amend the previous motion to continue this matter to 7:00pm on July 13, 1988.
