<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 7, 1988 <br /> <br />September <br />Commission <br />7:31 P.M. <br /> <br />7, 1988 regular meeting <br />was called to order by <br /> <br />of the Roseville Planning <br />Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Stokes, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller <br />Maschka, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Waldron, Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke <br /> <br />council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison), Cushman, and Mayor Rog <br /> <br />Ap?roval of Minutes <br /> <br />Johnson stated that the August 3, 1988 minutes should be amended <br />by adding the words up to 60 days in the first sentence of the <br />last paragraph of page thirteen. <br /> <br />Berry stated that the August 17, 1988 minutes should be amended <br />to change Richfield to Roseville. <br /> <br />Berry moved, Goedeke seconded to approve the minutes of <br />August 3, 1988, August 17, 1988 and August 19, 1988 as amended. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> <br />Moeller, DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planning File 1885 <br /> <br />Lexington Avenue Limited Partnership/George Reiling request for <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment, rezoning, special use permit for a <br />Planned unit Development and Preliminary Plat at 2775 Lexington <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location of the site, existing zoning <br />and comprehensive plan designations, and planned changes which <br />have been made. <br /> <br />Colleen Coppersmith highlighted the major findings of a housing <br />study which her firm has recently completed for the city. <br />
