<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, October 5, 1988 <br /> <br />October 5, <br />Commission <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />1988 regular <br />was called to <br /> <br />meeting <br />order by <br /> <br />of the Roseville Planning <br />Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, Moeller, <br />DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Bierscheid <br /> <br />council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison), Cushman, and Mayor Rog <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded that the <br />regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Wednesday, September 7, 1988 be approved. <br /> <br />minutes of <br />Commission <br /> <br />the <br />held <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, <br />Moeller, DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Planninq File 1882 <br /> <br />Lawrence Bieza petitioned for rezoning the site at 2775 Lexington <br />Avenue from R-2 and S-C to R-1. <br /> <br />Lawrence Bieza, <br />Council at the <br />December 7, 1988. <br /> <br />182 McCarrons Boulevard requested that the City <br />Planning Commission continue this matter to <br /> <br />Johnson asked the applicant why he wanted this continued. Bieza <br />responded that they are considering a law suit which could affect <br />the Council's approval of the Can-American proj ect on the site <br />and put consideration of their petition in a better light. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to continue this matter to the <br />December 7, 1988 Planning Commission meeting. <br />
