Bieza <br />responded that they are considering a law suit which could affect <br />the Council's approval of the Can-American proj ect on the site <br />and put consideration of their petition in a better light. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to continue this matter to the <br />December 7, 1988 Planning Commission meeting. <br />
