<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, December 7, 1988 <br /> <br />December 7, <br />Commission <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />1988 regular meeting <br />was called to order by <br /> <br />of the Roseville Planning <br />Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Moeller, DeBenedet, Berry, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Maschka <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Forletti <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison) <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Berry stated that the November 2, 1988 minutes should be <br />corrected to show the vote on Planning File 1907. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved Berry seconded to approve the minutes of the <br />November 2, 1988 Planning Commission meeting as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Moeller, DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Planninq File 1882 <br /> <br />Lawrence Bieza petition to have the City Council consider <br />rezoning George Reiling site at 2775 Lexington Avenue from R-2 <br />and S-C to R-1. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the status and pointed out that petition <br />appears to be invalid because the site is no longer zoned R-2 and <br />S-C. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved DeBenedet seconded to recommend denial of the <br />requested rezoning on the grounds that the petition is no longer <br />valid. <br />
