<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Paget 6 <br /> <br />Wednesday, November 1, 1989 <br /> <br />would be brick and glass and that there would be a full ten foot <br />high basement constructed of a clear span concrete. <br /> <br />Maschka stated that he was concerned about not seeing the <br />specific brick to be used because brick color has been a concern <br />in the development of the surrounding area. Johnson suggested <br />that the applicant could bring the exact design into the Council <br />for their consideration. <br /> <br />wilmus stated that they have looked at various bricks and don't <br />want to be exactly like other buildings in the area. Wilmus <br />stated that they will come up with an acceptable brick and bring <br />in samples to the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Berry moved and DeBenedet seconded to recommend approval of a <br />preliminary plat, special use permit for an amended planned unit <br />development plan subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That sidewalks be built along contiguous public streets. <br /> <br />2. That there be dedication of money in lieu of parkland as <br />required by the subdivision ordinance. <br /> <br />3. That there be final review of Engineering and landscape <br />plans by city staff. <br /> <br />4. That the approval of the bank be subject to: <br /> <br />a. Final approval of exterior elevations and building <br />materials by City staff. <br /> <br />b. Review of Engineering details for grading, drainage, <br />and utilities. <br /> <br />c. Approval of landscape details for the bank site by City <br />staff. <br /> <br />d. Final approval of sign design and square footage in <br />accordance with ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />e. Approval of a temporary building in accordance with the <br />plans submitted to the Planning Commission on November <br />1, 1989. <br /> <br />Johnson announced that Commissioner stokes is abstaining from <br />the vote because of a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Goedeke, Maschka, Berry, <br />Wietecki, Johnson <br />
