<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, March 7, 1990 <br /> <br />The March <br />Commission <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />7, <br />was <br /> <br />1990 regular meeting <br />called to order by <br /> <br />of the Roseville Planning <br />Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Goedeke, Stokes, Berry, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Wietecki <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Root <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Johnson reviewed the general procedure for applicants. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Johnson stated that there is a correction to be made on page 7 <br />paragraph 3. "Concerns in" should be left out of that paragraph. <br />In paragraph 7 of that same page, the word applicant should read <br />application. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Goedeke seconded to approve the minutes of <br />the 2/7/90 regular meeting of the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Goedeke, <br /> <br />stokes, <br /> <br />Berry, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Review of Tax Increment Financing Districts <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Mr. Waldron reviewed Tax Increment Financing proposals. <br /> <br />Waldron stated that the proposal would be a modification of the <br />existing districts 1 through 10 and the creation of 2 new <br />districts, 11 and 12 which includes Twin Lakes and NCR. <br /> <br />Waldron explained that the districts were brought to the Planning <br />Commission to review for compliance with the comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Waldron stated that surplus increments currently may be used in <br />other areas but future legislation may inhibit this authority. <br />
