<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Page'17 <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 4, 1990 <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the site location, history of the building, <br />its appearance, and the proposed special use permit. <br /> <br />Keel presented the sidewalk location. <br /> <br />Greg Duranburger, a representative for Franks described the area <br />and their plans. <br /> <br />Johnson questioned if the applicants are willing to bring the <br />landscaping into conformity. <br /> <br />Goedeke commented on the poor appearance of the metal shelving <br />piled up behind the building. <br /> <br />Duranburger stated that these metal shelves will be removed. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Berry moved <br />special use <br />conditions: <br /> <br />and Roberts <br />permit for <br /> <br />seconded <br />outside <br /> <br />to recommend <br />storage with <br /> <br />approval of a <br />the following <br /> <br />1. That they review and conform to the previously approved <br />landscape plan with the plan that was approved. <br /> <br />2. That the signs be lowered to be below the fence <br />enclosing the outside storage area. <br /> <br />3.
