<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 10, 1991 <br /> <br />The Roseville Planning Commission convened at 7:00 p.m. for the <br />purposes of electing a new chairperson. <br /> <br />The Commission discussed its options, including a rotating <br />chairperson and the need for a vice chairperson. <br /> <br />Commission members Goedeke, Stokes, and DeBenedet expressed <br />interest in serving as chairperson. <br /> <br />The Commission concluded that the Commission should elect a <br />chairperson and vice chairperson for one year terms. <br /> <br />Commission member DeBenedet was unanimously elected chairperson <br />and Commissioner Goedeke was unanimously elected vice <br />chairperson. <br /> <br />The April 10, 1991 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jim DeBenedet at <br />7:35 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Stokes, Goedeke, Roberts, Wietecki, Harms, <br />Thomas, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Keel, Jopke, Shardlow <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Wietecki seconded to approve the minutes of the <br />March 13, 1991 Planning Commission meeting as presented. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Stokes, Goedeke, Roberts, Wietecki, <br />Harms, Thomas, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 2197 <br /> <br />George Brandt, Inc. request for a variance to the sign ordinance <br />at 2975 Long Lake Road. <br />
