Keel stated that landscaping is one of the areas where <br />this ordinance would be helpful. There are many occasions where <br />staff must use discretion to decide if a change is minor or <br />substantial. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that staff needs to be careful in deciding what is <br />minor or substantial. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that he likes rece1v1ng the planning office hours <br />memos and finds them very helpful. <br /> <br />DeBenedet asked the Commissioners if they wanted to continue to get <br />the Complaint Reports sent out by staff. stokes and wietecki <br />stated an interest in receiving them. <br /> <br />stokes commented that he likes receiving the weekly Office Hours <br />Reports. He felt it gives a good overview of what is happening in <br />the City. <br /> <br />Roberts questioned if the Planning Commission could receive the <br />City Council agendas. Shardlow replied that he would inquire if <br />that was possible. <br /> <br />DeBenedet said the Planning commission would prefer that no <br />materials be passed out by applicants at the Planning commission <br />meetings. <br /> <br />Ad;ournment <br /> <br />There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 11:00 pm. <br />
