The Commission also discussed the possibility of <br />adopting a moratorium on accepting sign variance applications until <br />the comprehensive review of the sign ordinance is complete. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Thomas seconded a motion to recommend denial of <br />Robert Seeger/Norwest Corporation request for a sign setback <br />variance at 1717 Lexington Avenue for aesthetic reasons and for the <br />lack of a hardship demonstrated. <br /> <br />MOTION <br />
