Dale st. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow summarized the proposed plans for the site. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included the status of the pollution control <br />structure, the benefits of going through a PUD process vs. a <br />variance process, whether there was sufficient landscaping on the <br />site, the likelihood. of Dale street ever being widened, the <br />potential impact of the proposal on utilities, traffic and safety <br />concerns posed by zero parking setback, potential snow removal <br />problems on sidewalks and on the north side of the building, <br />whether there was sufficient parking on the site, the hours of <br />operation and noise impact of a car wash, the purposes of the joint <br />access easements on the site, the possibility of cutting off access <br />to the easement on the north to protect kids from the adj acent <br />
