<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 8, 1992 <br /> <br />The July 8, 1992 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jim DeBenedet at 7:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Thomas, stokes, Goedeke, Roberts, Wietecki, <br />DeBenedet <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Harms <br /> <br />staff Present: <br /> <br />Shardlow, Keel, Jopke, Bierscheid, Brokke <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Thomas <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and Stokes seconded to approve the minutes of the <br />June 10, 1992 Planning commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: Thomas, Stokes, Goedeke <br /> Nayes: None <br /> Abstain: Roberts, Wietecki, DeBenedet <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />(Based on the fact that a quorum of members present at <br />the June 10, 1992 meeting were not in attendance at the <br />July 8, 1992 meeting for approval of the minutes, the <br />following motion surfaced). <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Goedeke seconded to continue approval of the <br />minutes of the June 10, 1992 Planning Commission meeting to the <br />regular August Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Thomas, Stokes, Goedeke, Roberts, <br />Wietecki, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Hea.rinqs <br /> <br />Pla.nning Files 2364 and 2423 <br /> <br />Richard Simmons request for a variance to the parking setback <br />requirements and a variance to allow a free standing trash <br />enclosure at 1831 W. County Road C, and strick Lease request for a <br />special use permit at 2481 N. Cleveland Avenue. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Wietecki seconded a motion to continue Richard <br />Simmons request for a variance to the parking setback requirements <br />
