Roll Call: Ayes: Harms, Stokes, Thomas, DeBenedet Nayes: None Planning Files 2490 Har Mar, Inc. request for preliminary and final plat at the northwest quadrant of County Road C and Snelling Avenue North. Presentation . Shardlow summarized the history of the site, the proposed plat, light rail considerations, and recommendations. No citizens appeared. MOTION Harms moved and Thomas seconded a motion to recommend approval of Har Mar, Inc.' s request for preliminary and final plat at the northwest quadrant of County Road C and Snelling Avenue North with the following conditions: 1. All engineering work will be completed and approved by City staff before the final plat is considered. 2. The 20 foot light rail transit easement will be dedicated with the understanding that if it is needed for transit purposes, all parking, landscaping, or other use of the easement will be moved and the required City front yard setback to the easement will be provided. 3.
