Presentation Falk highlighted the application and the proposed modifications. He also added that a consultant has been hired to study sound generated by Advance Circuits and how it affects the adjacent properties and what solutions might be appropriate. Discussion Issues discussed included the need to combine the two separate parcels into one PID number, what hardships are present on the site, rooftop screening, noise and vibration control, and the Twin Lakes plan as it relates to this application. Dan McCarthy, from Advance Circuits, explained that the company is growing and there is a strong demand for specialized assembly space. He also indicated that they are working with the consultant to find a solution to the noise problems on the site. No citizens appeared. MOTION Thomas moved and Wall seconded a motion to recommend approval of Advance Circuits request for a variance to the zoning ordinance at 1633 Terrace Drive with the following conditions: 1. The existing watermain and easement running between the two buildings will need to be removed and relocated. The Roseville Utility Department will have to approve the plans prior to any work being done.
