Burke Avenue to the October 13, 1993 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Rengel, Roberts, Thomas, Harms, Wall, Wietecki <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Planning Files 2611 <br /> <br />Sarah Cave request for a division of platted lot at 2271 Western Avenue N. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />FaIk highlighted the application. <br /> <br />Sam Cave, representing the applicant, indicated they are purchasing 25 feet from the <br />owners of2271 Western Avenue to make the proposed lot dimensions possible. <br />Citizens <br /> <br />Eric Newton, property owner south of 378 Minnesota Ave., indicated that most of the <br />surrounding lots are 1/2 acre in size and the proposed lots are 1/4 acre. He indicated <br />a concern regarding water drainage issues, setbacks (both front and rear), the types of <br />homes proposed, and what zoning classifications are possible in this area. <br /> <br />Christi Brooks asked if it would be possible to rezone the property to multi-family. She <br />also explained that the proposed lots are smaller than others in the area. <br /> <br />Wietecki closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Wietecki seconded a motion to recommend approval of Sarah <br />
