<br />14 <br /> <br />Motion: Member Thomas moved, seconded by Member Harms, to table this matter until <br />the August 10, 1994, meeting to allow staff to provide more information including what is <br />the definition of a nuisance, the number and location of complaints concerning garage <br />sales in the past year, other city regulations, other guidelines including AP A, purpose of <br />ordinance and how estate, yard, and boutiques also should be regulated. <br /> <br />7. OTHER ACTIONS: <br /> <br />Report on Transportation Plan. <br /> <br />Connie Kozlak, representing BRW the City's Traffic Consultant, higWighted the minor <br />changes which have been made to the Transportation Plan since the last meeting. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki questioned why a detailed pathway plan is not included in the plan in <br />light of the emphasis placed on pathways by Vista 2000. <br /> <br />Mr. Aune summarized the status of the pathways plan and pointed out that more time and <br />input is needed to complete a specific plan. <br /> <br />Harry Wernecke, Chairman of the Vista 2000 Transportation Committee, appeared in <br />support of the Transportation Plan. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki stated that if a specific pathway plan could not be included in the plan, <br />that a schedule be established for completion of the plan and included in the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />9. ADJOURNMENT: <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 a.m. <br />
