<br />WHEREAS, the proposed amendments closely follow the VIST A 2000 citizen <br />recommendations adopted by the City in 1993, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a minimum of 15 public study meetings and <br />5 public hearings on the issues within these amendments, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has invited comment and provided legal notice to all <br />affected adjacent communities and all property owners within 350 feet of any land use map change, <br />now therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the City of Roseville Planning Commission hereby adopts the 1994 <br />amendments (and approved appendices and adoptions by reference) to the City of Roseville <br />Comprehensive Guide Plan and recommends approval by the City Council and forwarding the plan <br />to the Metropolitan Council for review. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1994. <br /> <br />Keith Wietecki, Chairman <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Dennis Welsch, <br />City Community Development Director <br /> <br />By consensus the Planning Commission adopted a letter to the Mayor, City Council, and City <br />Manager explaining the Comprehensive Plan Revisions and Recommendations. The <br />Commission will be available for the September meeting in order to discuss the issues or <br />present information to the Council as necessary regarding the Plan. <br /> <br />8. (c) LISTING OF PROJECTS AND REVIEW FOR NEXT REGULAR MEETING. <br /> <br />City Planner, Michael Faile, reviewed the projects and asked for comment regarding the future <br />meetings and the topics on the Agenda.
