The Planning Commission established the <br />time of the 1995 Annual Business Meeting to be September 13th beginning at <br />6:00 p.m. prior to the normal Planning Commission Meeting with dinner to be <br />provided by the staff. <br /> <br />8. Information Reports and Other Business. <br /> <br />(a) Kettler Sketch Plan. Michael Falk explained that the Kettler Sketch Plan will <br />be provided for the Planning Commission at the July meeting. <br /> <br />(b) Pipeline Ordinance. City Planner, Michael Falk, alerted the Commission to the <br />Pipeline Ordinance proposed by the Pipeline Task Force and noted that it will be <br />prepared as a hearing for the July meeting of the Planning Commission. <br />Chairman Wietecki asked that a map of all impacted areas be included, and that <br />the definition of "gas and petroleum pipelines" be differentiated. <br /> <br />(c) The Commission received, and placed on file, construction permits for future <br />development. <br /> <br />(d) The Commission received, and placed on file, a checklist of questions for the <br />Planning Commission's use during Hearings. <br /> <br />(e) The Commission received a list of upcoming projects and Hearings. <br /> <br />(f) The Commission received a South of C Design Review Meeting notice for June <br />28th. <br /> <br />(g) The Planning Commission received notice of the Larpenteur Avenue Design <br />Review Meeting of June 15th. <br /> <br />9.
