<br />fsmf. #"'ff'J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />-=#/~3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and <br />adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation of a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />'WHEFEAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by proper <br />proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of underground <br />sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances to an approximate <br />depth of 12 feet, together with ingress and egress over and through <br />the following described land in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under its <br />pOlllere of eminent domain:, 1 q <br /> <br />The North 7t feet of the Westerly 148.59 f~Of the <br />easterly 178.59 feet of the southerly 131 0 feet of <br />the northerly 395.97 feet of the westerly 0.18 feet <br />of the swt of Section 14, Township 29,Range 23. <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H.
