CALL TO ORDER: <br /> <br />Chairperson Keith Wietecki called the regular Planning Commission Meeting of January <br />10, 1996, to order to 6:35 p.m. in the City of Roseville, City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Thein moved, seconded by Member Rhody to approve the minutes <br />ofthe November 8, 1995 meeting as presented. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Rhody, Cunningham, Thein, Wietecki <br />None <br /> <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC: <br /> <br />Mike Pedersen, 1790 Oakcrest Avenue, suggested that the City could consider <br />constructing a 18 hole golf course in the residential area bounded by Fairview, Oakcrest, <br />Snelling, and County Road C. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki moved, and Member Thein seconded to move Item 6(a), Planning <br />File 2802, Sandra Schlief request for a continuation of a conditional use permit for a <br />beauty salon at 599 W.
